THE MILFORD LAW OFFICE
was established in 2008 by Eric Hamill, Esquire. Mr. Hamill, a graduate
of Bucknell University (1985) and Cooley College of Law (1999) has been
an active member in the community of Pike County, PA for nearly two
decades. He has served on volunteer Boards such as the Pike
County United Way, the Pocono Environmental Education Center (PEEC) and
the Pike County Chamber of Commerce, in addition to providing
consultations for clients of victims of domestic violence through Safe
Haven, Inc. Prior to opening the Milford Law Office, he practiced
law at WSKL law firm in Milford and also served as a law clerk in the
Pike County Court of Common Pleas under Judge Harold A. Thomson.
Mr.
Hamill has extensive experience in real estate, land use and
development laws. He is also an experienced civil litigator
representing plaintiffs or defendants in diverse business contracts,
ownership and property disputes, tort claims, past-due debt collection
and other civil matters. He is admitted to the practice of law in
Pennsylvania, Michigan and Federal District Court M.D. PA.
